The year 2009 is announced the YEAR OF QUALITY at our growing company. Working on quality had started long before the New Year, which can be confirmed by the large number of mailings about new products, services and websites in December 2008. Improvements have touched all the areas of the Intway activities.

Our Career Plan, according to which our leaders grow in experience, develop their teams and get more and more checks, benefits and gifts, has been qualitatively transformed.

Because of this, the President team in close rapport with the Board of Directors has developed a new version, 2.0, of the Intway Сorporation Career Plan at the Corporation’s anniversary Event in December 2008. This version is called the League of Golden Collars.

Why exactly golden collars? Because now it is not enough to be able to manually do something yourself like blue- collar workers (manual laborers), or to be educated like white-collar workers (managers, non-manual labor workers). The time has come for educated top leaders — professional who can pass on their experience to the partners and help them become the best specialists in their field. It is these professionals that will be the Intway Golden Collars.

The League of Golden Collars tasks the leaders not only to achieve their own financial independence, but also to raise with them to a much higher level, a powerful team of leaders!

Giving new qualifications to leaders according to the Career Plan will not only depend on the number of steps completed within the Global Bonus Program, but also on the number of successful personal partners that have achieved specified qualifications.
