Open Letter to the Partners and the Board of Directors of Intway Corporation

We, Ukrainian partners of Intway Corporation who gathered on February 7, 2009 in Kyiv to hold the first historical meeting of the League of Golden Collars, are addressing all partners and Company Leadership.

In order to realize Intway mission and achieve the goal for 2009 — 1 000 000 users, with the financial and economic crisis that is progressing in our countries, we declare that it is this time and these conditions that contribute to incredible development of Intway business in our countries.

We voluntarily and enthusiastically offer each of us to take on an obligation — to bring at least one new-comer into business every month, so everyone can become a League member. And it doesn’t matter which activity in Intway we may choose: stock exchange, e-commerce, promotion of health products, etc.

At the end of each month we will hold closed meetings to exchange experience and see who is the best. We request the company leaders to give all kinds of support to the League of Golden Collars’ members and contribute to making this status more prestigious (badges, awards, relevant records in back-offices, creation of a special fund to encourage the League’s members — Leagionnaires who showed great achievements in business, acknowledgement at corporate events at the end of the year). We suggest taking the number of new personally attracted Leagionnaires as the main criterion of a Leagionnaire’s activity evaluation, that is, giving real assistance to new-comers in the establishment of their business. You’ve become a League member yourself — help another one! This work should be done every month without any breaks!

We, Vice Presidents, members of Intway League Council in Ukraine, and also leaders in the status of Country and Executive Manager, suggest “canceling” our achievements and career successes and starting competition with new- comers as peers.

We also think that the honorable title of a Leagionnaire is best of all combined with the status of an Investor-Profi! Become Investors, all of you!

We suggest working together using one model in all the regions. To this end, we are ready for an open experience exchange.

Basic calculations show that every partner who will become a League member in January or February, 2009 and fulfill the undertaken obligation “1 + 1”, may have the organization that consists of several tens of thousands of people by January next year and a daily check for about 1000 dollars!

We state that we are absolutely positive about achieving great success and appeal to all members to join us and become members of the League of Golden Collars!

Intway, move forward! We will win!
